Adnan, the Group CEO and Founder of Conrec Infinity AB, initiated the company with a visionary goal to transform the perspective on communication within the IT sector, after identifying a gap in the market. This vision is being realized in collaboration with colleagues at Conrec, clients, and the CI Connect Program.

A highly skilled professional with 20+ years of experience from multinational companies with a strong background in project management and quality management. Has previous experience in Healthcare from numerous roles at Region Skåne within the SDV project.

- Data and business analysis aimed at improving the consumer experience and reducing warranty costs.

Peter's career journey started with various industries before he honed in on his interest in technology and computers. His IT/Software Development education, including courses at Malmö University and vocational studies, paved the way for his role as a programmer at iFACTS AB. Here, he transitioned from C#/ASP.NET and SQL programming to a customer-facing developer role.

In 2010, Peter and his colleague implemented automated testing and improved the manual release process at iFACTS AB. This streamlined task execution and made ready releases available for testers and customers.

After 12 years at iFACTS AB, Peter moved to Ortelius AB as a technical tester/test automation engineer. He modernized the test framework for Inorigo, transitioning from Java/Selenium to JavaScript. He is currently a Test Data Manager at Kronofogden, centralizing de-identification of production data and ensuring coherent test data in their integrated test environments.

Fredrik Borg, a seasoned Manager in Software Development and Test Management, brings a wealth of expertise to the tech realm. His preference for Conrec Infinity is rooted in the profound impact of its people – a testament to his adept judgment. Blending warmth and professionalism, Fredrik envisions Conrec's youthful energy propelling it to prominence, delivering skilled and communicative consultants.

With a strong background in QA and Test Management, Rikard has developed expertise in Test Automation, Software Testing, and Regression Testing. His passion for quality assurance drives him to deliver innovative and reliable solutions. Joining our Test Management team aligns with his dedication to excellence and commitment.

Gustaf steps into the role of Test Engineer within our Test Management team, bringing extensive experience in the testing field, an inspiring curiosity, and an abundance of creative ideas. His dedication to innovative solutions and effective testing methods makes him a highly valuable addition to the team.

Martin describes himself as a driven, proactive, and curious tester with high ambitions and work ethics. Martin's interest in IT and new technology is close to his heart and becomes a great advantage in his assignments with customers. Martin's colleagues usually describe him as a humble, positive-minded person and team player who spreads positive energy and impacts people around him. A responsible, stubborn spirit with a fearless attitude where customers' goals are always prioritized at the top.
In his free time, Martin likes to play Padel and socialize with family and friends. Martin also enjoys listening to music, watching series, and going to the cinema!

Jan is a passionate and skilled IT and Security leader with extensive experience and deep knowledge in the IT and Security sector. He always prioritizes the team and enjoys sharing his knowledge and best practices with others. His ability to learn, adapt quickly, collaborate, and stay focused and organized has contributed to his career success. He has valuable experience in Cyber Security and Cyber Security Transformations.

With over twenty years of experience in the telecom and IT industry, Håkan has held positions ranging from technical and development roles to leadership positions. These include developer, architect, support personnel, and team leader. He has experience in development, build environments, and infrastructure automation. Dedicated Scrum and CI/CD user.

Elvedin is a software tester with 8 years of experience. Elvedin is extremely passionate about his work and is a reliable person with a desire to continually deepen his knowledge and skills in the field. He is highly motivated, goal-oriented, and possesses a friendly and enjoyable attitude. Elvedin demonstrates his leadership qualities by guiding the team towards a shared end goal, making him a strong leader. He appreciates responsibility and the opportunity to take initiative.

Far far away, behind the word mountains, far from the countries Vokalia and Consonantia, there live the blind texts. Separated they live in Bookmarksgrove right at the coast of the Semantics, a large language ocean. A small river named Duden flows by their place and supplies it with the necessary regelialia. Tim is a QA tester with over 5 years of experience and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle. Skilled in creating detailed test plans, executing tests, and identifying defects. Expertise in functional testing, regression testing, and integration testing

Daniel is seen as a quick learner, a practical and responsible individual who performs his tasks in a thorough manner. Through his work, he has gained experience in quickly solving problems, collaborating with others under stress, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daniel shows interest in new technology and IT, always striving to broaden his knowledge across various topics. Despite the potential challenges, he finds working with innovation enjoyable and rewarding.

Annica is a person with over 25 years of experience in the IT world and a focus on software testing and software development. Annica has experience in roles such as Tester, Test Manager, Test Automation, Technical Tester, Scrum-Master and Developer.

Where she has experience with testing frameworks, Cloud Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Selenium, Python, API testing, Microsoft SQL, manual testing and test automation, exploratory testing, requirements management and coaching her colleagues.

Has experience in both the private and public sector such as Svenska Spel, Försäkringskassan, Telenor and Ericsson, which means that Annica understands the importance of clear communication and she is usually seen as the bridge between IT and the business.

Joakim entered the sector of Software Development and Testing in 2019 after completing his Bachelor's degree in application development and computer science at Malmö University. His proficiency in various skills learned during university, such as working with relational and non-relational databases, information security, information design, Java programming, and handling living artifacts and documents, proved highly valuable to employers.
With these acquired skills, Joakim adeptly navigates MySQL and Cassandra databases, executes API calls, validates tests, reads logs from remote machines, and presents data through living documents, Confluence pages, and detailed test reports.

Susanne is a person with over 25 years of experience in the IT industry with a focus on Software Testing. Susanne has broad competence in several roles such as Tester, Test Leader, Technical Tester, Test Automation, Test Configuration Management (TCM), Scrum-Master, Release-Test Leader in several industries such as Public and Private Sector, Health Care/ E-Health Authority, Region Blekinge, Insurance companies, Telecom.

As a person, Susanne is very humble, likes to share her knowledge by educating others and finds it easy to get into new groups with the help of her curiosity.

Miroslawa is a system developer and database developer with over 20 years of experience in software development. Her significant skills lie within various types of system development such as Oracle Database, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, SQL, PL/SQL, Java, C# development and programming techniques, as well as her attention to detail and the ability to identify risks within the project, including those related to administrative processing systems.

Ola is an experienced QA tester with a background in software testing, system testing, and quality control. Skilled in various testing tools and methodologies. Worked in agile environments, mentored interns, and led cross-functional teams. Enthusiast in computer games, stock market, and board game development. ISTJ personality type

Mohammad is a person with more than 15 years of experience within Software area. He has a great passion for the area in roles such as Tester and Test Coordinator and broad IT experience from different sectors including both SW/HW such as Retail, Telecom, Supply Chain, Logistic, e-Commerce.
He has excellent test background and he has worked with various testing such as Mobile Testing (Android & iOS), Web Testing, Device Testing. Comfortable with all test levels, different methodologies and techniques.
Experience from tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, HP ALM Quality Center, SAFe and Agile way of working. His knowledge gives him an advantage to recommend way forward, lessons learn from similar projects in the past and drive the project/team in right direction.

Umar is an experienced Dynamics Consultant and Software Developer with a strong background in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics solutions. Skilled in software development, system integration, and project management. Adept at delivering tailored solutions to enhance business processes and drive efficiency.

Erik joins our Test Management team as a Test Engineer, bringing with him valuable experience from product companies as he returns to the consulting world. With over 20 years of experience in test and requirements management, including 10+ years as a Test Manager, he has a strong background in setting up test environments, defining strategies, and driving test initiatives. His international experience and hands-on technical expertise make him a key asset in delivering high-quality solutions. Passionate about continuous improvement and collaboration, Erik approaches challenges as opportunities and is dedicated to simplifying processes for our customers.

Matilda Hjälle is a dynamic and accomplished Solutions Architect with a robust background in IT, spanning both the public and private sectors. Her expertise in crafting smart solutions is complemented by her boundless energy and infectious enthusiasm, making her a valuable asset to any team.
